Hey there to anybody watching! I had my first writing experience in the last few weeks and performed my monologue last Saturday. Based on my favorite character from the Office, Michael Scott. Not very self-aware, and always trying to make people think he's funny. I only got two takes, but I'm happy with how it turned considering all the factors. The other videos are a few I've shot for Livfilms in the last few weeks. I'll have another one to post very soon once it's edited (shot it on Sunday). It's one a friend and I self-produced and I got to do a little drama! Should be ready in a few weeks...
It's been a busy week! Two classes, three shoots, and working full time. And I haven't even started pursuing the business again yet. I'm waiting on getting some new headshots before gettin' back in the biz again, but got to get some new contacts first! I haven't had an eye appointment in 4 years and can hardly see out of my right eye!
I was moved up to the Master class at Scott Sedita Studios and I start it tomorrow! I'm very excited and think it's going to be a blast. It's always fun starting something new and I'll be with a lot of people working in the biz, which can only help me improve. I remember watching "Fight for Fame" when I was living in San Antonio back in 2005. It was a show on the E! network about actors trying to get an agent in Hollywood. Scott Sedita was the resident acting coach on the show. I remember thinking, "I want to work with that guy", and now after almost 3 years of working hard at the craft, I am in his top acting class at his studio, that you get into only by invitation. Yeah... I'm proud. Got to admit. Allright, enjoy the vids!
